In this particular project example client used one bedroom as kitchen to increase the living area.

Two bed type E log cabin is a very interesting layout log cabin with included porch. It is one of our smaller residential two bed cabins and its perfect if you are tight on space. Loghouse has high standards for residential log cabins therefore our two bed type E log cabin comes with insulated floors, insulated roof, living type windows and doors featured with 24mm argon gas filed double glazing and 5 point locking mechanism, steel roof tiles, damp proof membranes on roof and foundation. The log cabin log thickness is 60mm and on client request log cabin can be insulated with 100mm of soundproofing thermal rock wool with 19mm internal timber cladding. This setup makes walls 179mm thickness and very warm in winter and cool in summer. Our walls insulated from the inside, the advantage of such a setup is to hide all electric wiring inside the walls and leave log cabin very clean looking.

This log cabin is not on display in our showrooms but we have residential “Two Bed Type C” log cabin available in Kinsealy showroom. No appointment needed to visit our showrooms Tues to Sat from 12pm to 5pm. Our showrooms locations can be found here.
